I love this pub but it depends where you sit, round the back of the bar can be extremely loud as it is super echoey so rhe only option is everyone screams at each other. I only enjoy myself in the other areas.
I've lived in Stony Stratford for twenty years now and often had a great Sunday lunch in The Crown Inn. However, the people who run it now, really need to up their game. I visited with some friends today for lunch and the restaurant was empty apart from us and two others! When the food came it was obvious as to why the place was empty, as although edible, it was pretty sub standard. I did stop going there over the last year due to the poor quality, but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, as they may have improved... read more
