Late multiple times but I continued to use her services. This last time she stood me up and later made a public post on Facebook about being in Nashville to expand her business. How are you standing up loyal customers with no call or response to messages and then have the adacity to make a public post that you are not even IN town and had Zero intentions of honoring my appointment. She has not responded or apologized for being so unprofessional 😡
Went to this salon to get some soft locs done, upon arrival I was told to sit in the waiting area until stylist was ready for me.. the stylist eventually brought me into her suite and began to part my hair (mind you shampoo was included in service) so I said “my hair hasn’t been shampooed” the stylist then said “oh sorry girl I thought it was just dandruffs etc - regardless , shampoo is included so why not shampoo regardless?
