Completed the inpatient treatment here and for the most part it was great, I got closer to god, i met some incredible people, got an awesome sponsor shout out to Mikey, if you know you know lol. The reason I'm leaving a 3 star review and not a 5 star review is because of Alan. This guy walks around laughing at clients, being rude to the clients, and constantly changing rules just to punish clients he doesn't like. So far as a supporting family member, have been given ZERO info about visiting hours and what I can and cannot bring to my loved one who has just become a brand new resident. PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND HOW THINGS WORK THERE. I haven't even been told if he's receiving 3 square meals a day. I've set up an alternate and temporary phone number for leaving messages/answers/insights-or just text any info about how the facility runs-would be very appreciated.

I went through Crossroads 3 times their great except in 2021 I was forced the vax which was a volition of my constitutional rights and if I can sue I absolutely will I was on the street and either I go.back or I take the vax.....yeah I want justice!!
