I have been living at the crossings on walnut hill for about 3 years now, and so far I’ve had a wonderful experience here. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my time as a resident. I especially want to recognize Aurora Chavez for her outstanding customer service. Worst play to stay. They randomly tow people car even you are resident. When resident does not have place to park near to the apartment they park in visitor since parking is full and other is covered in mud they tow your car saying why did you park there as it is a visitor parking. Why do you have to register if you are resident. Leasing agent says it's your fault. Everyone parks anywhere they want nothing happens.
