Nikoni was great! He treated us with respect since day 1 and exercised options when a unit we wanted got taken last minute. Ultimately it worked out and we couldnt have done it without Nikoni's patience, perseverance, and dedication.
Update of the month: 1. My dog got sprayed by a skunk in the dog park. 2. It looks like something killed something in this community and the blood stain is going to be left here forever in memory of the old battlefield. Rumor has it that they are going to build a coliseum here and the Oakland A's already wanted it as their home stadium.
I would much rather have done my research before. I have rented over 15 years between different apartments and this is the only one that has failed to provide full evidence of the so called heavy cleaning and charged me over 300 for something so minimal and is considered regular wear and tear. Stay clear from here especially with the deposit that you will not get back. Here are the pictures to show you what they consider heavy cleaning. This place might look good in photos, but don’t be fooled — it’s poorly managed and often unsanitary. 1. There’s currently a family of skunks living on the property. They appear in the same spot every day to bask in the sun. Since skunks are nocturnal, they either have a permanent home here or they all have rabies already. 2. Cockroaches. Enough said. 3. Please, please, and please take your time before you even think you can contact this Property management at this office . Please Please read very carefully what I’m gonna say because it’s all true l pay over 3 k a mont for rent . I stay in building one on the third floor where there is water recycling machines are working 24 hours nonstop noise all night.
