I've spent a full year in this community and I would recommend living here. It does have its pros and cons like any community would. From maintenance, cleaning staff, trash valet, leasing consultants & managers have been so kind and lovely. This apartment complex is amazing to live in, and its all because of the best deals they got! You can reserve your own Garage, your own Parking Space for just a couple bucks! And they also have a hotel style Pool, Spa, Clubhouse, Fitness, soccer field and more! If yawl need a place to live in Chino Hills, CA, you need to live here! Oh, and I love the tik tok videos!
It's just a comment that is still important, the pool needs constant maintenance, since it is too dirty, the water is visible all cloudy and with slime on the tiles. And even more so now that the temperatures are there to use the pool constantly, it is It's a shame that they only provide service on Thursdays and Saturdays, so I think something like that was reported to me at the office, maintenance is paid so that everything is clean enough. Thank you.
I've been living at The Crossing for 3 years now, and I am very satisfied with the management team and the environment of this apartment. This community is pet-friendly. Not only did Jonny from the Maintenance team find my lost cat, but he also put her in a nice AC unit, and the management team sent a timely notice email. As a resident of The Crossing, I am very happy to live here and have confidence in this community.
