Very bad! Don't answer calls nor reply emails. Bad business
I bought a new condo and have contacting The Crossings at least 4 times to transfer the condo into my name so I can start paying them their association fees. I sent them my deed multiple times. Last time I called the customer service e rep had me on speaker phone and I could barley hear her. I stated to her in a pleasant tone "can you please take me off speaker phone I can't understand the questions you're asking me". She blew me off and said I can't help you and transfered me to another rep which went straight to voicemail.... read more
