I have been living here for 6+ years and I am very happy!! Recently they replaced the head of maintenance with a gentleman named Angel who is absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable kind and very prompt with his help! Having a true professional in this position really has enhanced our stay here!! Highly recommend!!
I would have loved to give them 5-Stars. No issues living there. Convenient, Quiet and Prompt service. However, what I didn't like is the charge one has to pay while moving out. When you pay premium rent, you don't expect to be charged when you move out. For future residents, some unsolicited advice: No matter how much you clean the place when moving out, you will still be charged $150. I'am living at "The Crossings" at Hamilton Station and very happy that I chose this community especially for my commute to work as train station is 3 min walk from my apt and I absolutely love living here! Maintenance is quick and thorough.
