I have been 100% satisfied with the management of this property. I know there were issues previously, but I also know that the current management team has been working diligently to resolve issues in a timely accurate fashion. I’m sad to see some of the previous posts, but unequivocally I can say that I have no fear or concerns.
I think it's time I said my piece about this place. I lived here for about a year and a half, and in during that time I experienced: - No working A/C. My A/C did not work when I moved in and was never completely fixed by the maintenance team. It got to the point where I was forced to buy my own window unit after maintenance removed the loaner unit without our permission. - Heat went out for almost a week during the winter. - Towards the end of our time there, we had no working hot water due to our building having an old malf... read more
