They have mold and HVAC problems. The apartment they show you is the only one like that you will not receive an apartment that looks like the model. The playground that’s still advertised on the site is no longer there. They have four maintenance men and if you’re looking at these apartments, you see how many apartments they have. Use this apartments as a last result.
Technician was awesome, polite and knowledgeable. He had to leave to get another part but finished the job in a timely manner. He even noticed i was missing a light cover and replaced it without me mentioning it
Jesus was very courteous when knocking and annoucing when they entered apt. By far the best maintenance person that has assisted. Garbage disposal is fixed and i was given a cleaner to ensure dish washer can be disinfected. They need a big raise and a paid vacation after having to deal with it. Much appreciated 10/10
