I’ll give this place two stars as there were two employees at this location that truly cared about my father’s well being within memory care. We lost our father here in October. I hope there have been some structural, educational, and staffing changes made within MC since because it was ran very poorly during our time. I cannot recommend the Crossraods at Bon Air enough. My father in-law spent his last days on memory care unit with exceptional care. From the top on down, the staff at Crossroads are friendly, compassionate, and respectful with a philosophy of kindness and support.

Our family can't say enough about the cleanliness and that staff at The Crossroads @ Bon air. We had a family member that was very difficult. I can't explain how patient the staff was with her. We used the hospice through this facility and they were absolutely AMAZING! The director Lynn Marchant was so friendly and understanding and helped us navigate this difficult time. We highly recommend this facility! Thank you! Tracy
