As a neighbor, I can't review the quality of the complex. I can say that some time ago, they instituted a charge for parking spaces that was high enough that a lot of the tenants decided to park on the street. As a result the private spaces are fairly high vacancy and Lochinvar is flooded with parked cars. (Makes it harder to turn right onto Lawrence.) I know nobody owns the lane by the sidewalk, but management should adjust the prices so they make use of 95% of their internal spaces, getting similar revenue but being a nice... read more

We stayed in the apartment for more than 3 years. This community is good and everything is easily e. We had a stolen package when we initially moved in the community and there were no cameras to see who and when it happened when we reported the incident to leasing office. We never had any issues after that one incident. The leasing office had change of management 3 times and I felt it has improved over the time we stayed there. This apartment complex is a cozy community and located near a lot of good restaurants and central to tech companies. I like how Mrs.Callard and the management team takes care of maintance requests quickly and respond back to concerns. I have interacted with many people in the office and they are a pleasure to speak with! They also host fun community events for the kids to enjoy. I recommend anyone to check out crossing today!
