I lived here for 3 years and vacated recently due to needing 2 bathrooms. Decent place to live, excellent location and area wise, very good schools. Has a couple of small play areas for the kids, which is something not common in apartments here. The maintenance folks are 7 stars, especially mentioned to Hristo, an excellent person who always fixes the issues timely. Jesus is decent man as well. We have nice experience in staying at this apartment for close to 4 years. Maintenance supervisor Hristo ready to take up any fixes quickly such as appliances and outdoor Light, playground or swim pool seating etc. The crossing Sunnyvale apartment is modern and close to Laurelwood elementary school,etc. Highly recommend this apartment because of its facilities and maintenance issues resolved quickly to anyone.
We have nice experience in staying in this apartment for almost 4 years. Hristo Manevski resolves all the maintenance issues quickly and apartment is modern also close to Ala facilities such as Laurelwood elementary school, Costco, Kaiser Hospital etc…
Do NOT rent here. 1. Leasing staff only reply before you sign, after that they ignore your emails. 2. Maintenance requests take months — nothing was fixed until I said I was moving out. 3. False advertising: floors are paper thin, you hear neighbors’ music, private life, even breathing all night. 4. Parking spot they gave me was impossible to use. 5. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. 6. I had to pay penalties to move out, and they still shorted my security deposit. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
