My experience at The Crossings has been deeply disappointing and honestly concerning. From the way complaints are handled to how renewals and transfers are managed, there is a clear pattern of unfairness and inconsistent treatment. I don’t even live in these filthy apartments and I’ve only had TERRIBLE experiences. Even stepping on the premises feels like a punishment. I had pictures taken of me and my girlfriend while we were sleeping for one of their inspections, and the management made a joke of the situation. Moving here was the WORST decision of my entire life! Wish I could rate it 0 stars. They have made me feel completely unsafe living here and they do not care about their residents. They have come into my room as I’m sleeping and taken unnecessary pictures of my room for “inspection.” These people were Jessie and Nancy and management had nothing to even say about this. Stay away from this place. Management is terrible and never communicates anything. If you try to ask them any questions, you will only receive attitude from all office staff members, ESPECIALLY from management. Nancy will not even try to cover up her attitude. Maintenance are the only people who treat you with respect, they are the sweetest people.
