The new management is awesome and has fixed up the apartment complex.
Love these apartments. Ever since new management they have improved drastically! Units are big and spacious outside is newly pained and well maintained. Restrooms are huge and beautiful counter tops. Prices are amazing and management very nice lady, maintenance shows up day of report filed. LOVE IT HERE 10/10
Ever since the new management took over, this apartment complex has completely turned around. The property is much cleaner, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is more responsive and professional. You can really tell they care about the residents and the overall community. Update 03/25/2026 they've been closing work order request that I put in months ago without actually coming to fix anything or emailing me or anything at all I suppose they figured they don't have to fix anything since I'm going to be moving and my lease is up in a month. I will be adding updated pictures! Move here only if it's your last resort! Move here if you want a roach infestation! I would say only move here if you're desperate for a roof over your head but according to another review, the roof will have holes. Took 3 managers and 7 months to finally fix *most* of the things wrong with the apartment. 3rd manager Brenda (and current one for now) came in at the end of September and still took her until December to finally get around to sending someone to fix the toilet thats been out of service since moving in in May.
