My first visit to this dentist. Friendly welcome by receptionist. Dentist and dental nurse were very professional explaining what they were going to do - dental examination and gave advice on looking after my teeth. I also got my teeth cleaned. Best clean in a long time. Advised to get teeth cleaned on 6 month cycle but this next one would have to be private as NHS don’t clean teeth very often. Very happy with this dental practice.
This surgery is amazing!! From Sandra on reception to my dentist Tanya and the dental nurse Anna they were all amazing! The manager Emily is an asset to this surgery with the knowledge and intelligence she has! Emily was able to answer all of my silly questions even complicated ones and it made me so comfortable! Thanks the cross!
Sandra on the reception and Emily are very helpful . The treatment I've been given has always gone well with Dentists I feel confident with . Very polite and friendly place . The months that there was one Dentist and another Dentist who was part time with a lot of time off was in my opinion unfair to Sandra in particular who kept the ship afloat in many aspects .
