Whoever I just spoke to on your website's online help chat (July 30th, around 1pm) was a total angel! They were so sweet, efficient, helpful, and went way above and beyond. It was some of the best customer service I've received in years, online or otherwise. I used to work in the same field and I know how hard it is to be on all day to customers with problems and questions, it is soooo easy to not be so kind or personable. Just wanted to give them a big, huge shout out, they deffoo deserve some recognition :)))))
