Noisest apartment of my life! My god, the noise never stops. Pounding footsteps above me all day and night, tv blaring below me, industrial train horn day and night, and construction going on the entire 2 years I've lived here meaning truck beeps and banging from dusk to dawn. Even had the maintenance guy in my place say, "Wow. That IS loud." Management has been unprofessional and unresponsive.
