We’ve worked with one of Crismore’s agents, Matt Gish for several years now. All of a sudden he won’t return any phone calls. We’ve had a few issues with our policies and have needed his help but he has ghosted us for several months now. Won’t pick up the phone or return any of the numerous messages I’ve left. Apparently you can’t trust these folks to be there when you need help. If you aren’t buying a policy they ignore you.
3 POLICIES AND A 10 YEAR CUSTOMER NON RESPONSIVE. wont quote till last week or 2 of policy for renewal HARD TO REACH. almost impossible (now even more so) to wade thru the phone menu to get ahold of someone. (OVER PLAYED THE COVID CARD WITH REMOTE WORK) OVERPRICED. found insurance half the cost for better coverage locally. But a plus is they are pleasant. (Totally useless for conducting business)
Zach was able to cut my insurance bill in half while actually offering more coverage. I couldn't be happier and more grateful for the service he's provided! Every dollar counts to our bottom line and he's saved us a ton. Big thanks!
Definitely one of the worst insurance companies or whatever they are. They were super nice and responsive until they got my business. Then I had to constantly call them to get updated vehicle insurance proof and my rates went up every single year. Believe it or not, they penalized me for car accidents that my ex-wife had even though she was no longer on my policy.
