Below average room, horrible service. Our questions about parking and safety were met with total carelessness. I was given a room assigned to someone else apparently. I noticed a different name on the Tv. I was too tired to call and verify. Next day we went out and came back to find our room inaccessible. Our luggage and stuff was inside. I had to go and stand in the line for 30 minutes where one person at reception was moving like a sloth with 10 people ahead of me.
