Zuu with Dirk at The Crew has changed my life 100% for the better. I never thought I would enjoy fitness classes as much as I do now. Every session is different, with new challenges and every time you can see your progression. The Crew is an amazingly supportive community, we motivate each other and I've made lots of new friends through zuu. This place is the bomb!
Zuu with dirk and the crew is orsm🥊 It’s a great way to start your day .you feel like nothing can bring you down after a class.Dirk is one of a kind and makes you believe you can be better and do better. I would recommend giving it go to anyone I have rheumatoid arthritis and it has been life changing for my mobility and pain relief 😊
