Had a car loan sold to them and have had nothing but problems with them since. Now I've paid off my loan and asked for my title and am told that they will hold my title for 10 or more business days before they will release it to me. They have certified funds but refuse to release the title to my car. I will NEVER have another loan with these CROOKED people!
