First off, like everyone else I've met since moving to Tennessee, super friendly people. But... four weeks ago I stopped in to deposit a check drawn on a bank in Canada. I've been working for this company as a consultant/contractor for nearly five years. When I brought my first check to the Credit Union in Wisconsin, they said it would be a 7-10 day hold while the check cleared. I was told basically the same thing at the CUfRC. I will not be doing business with this bank again. My car was totaled out in May, my loan officer told me she would get back to me when everything was settled, still haven’t heard from her regarding that and we are now in July. Called for a quote on a new vehicle and she said she would get back to me, never did. Got a bill in the mail for the account closing without any details.
