I have been with credit repair shop for 2 years now.In all this time, there has been only 1 deletion. Which is pathetic. They never follow up nor give you a straight answer when asked a question. They never answer their emails either..In comparison to other repair companies, this has been my worst experience.Total waste of time and effort. They also require you sign up for identity IQ, which costs an additional $27 / month. Waste of money. This place is absolutely horrible! A bunch of unprofessional, uncaring people. The owner stated that they require the customer to be engaged in the process in order to see results. I've called multiple times and was promised a call back -that I never received. I had to write a negative review to get a response from these people. I received a phone call from an employee there who basically told me that my account was just sitting there and not being worked on.
