Signed up july 2019 for a six month period Dec 2019 and today dec 2020 I get charged for letters sent out after the six month period. I want an explanation and Judd tells me he is not going into why my account is active. Especially since I did no enrolled again. He refuses to give me his last name then I ask to speak to a supervisor and says I have to hold.
