Tasha & Kalley are great!
The therapist is great and the play spaces are beautiful. My child seems to enjoy going here. I do not have complaints there. What I do have complaints about is the lobby area. This therapy center is centered around children and their lobby lacks things to do for siblings while waiting. There is a small selection of puzzles (behind a glass door mind you, if you have a child 3 and under you know)it’s just a bunch of no’s , and it’s an exhausting hour. I originally called seeking therapy for my kiddo that was having trouble in school. I was told they had openings for adults but no availability for under18. I decided to start therapy at The Creative Learning Center myself, thinking if/when something opened up I could get my kid right in. I was very happy with my therapist. She was flexible with office visits and telehealth. More than once I forgot she was my therapist and not just a friend. I would not advise anyone to use this center. They were not wanting to help my family and dropped our case after dishing out thousands of dollars to this center. Go to someone that truly cares about thier work and has a heart. After reading some of the other reviews, these are the very same feelings I left with, as I encountered the same circumstances from the center. It's sad to hear that families are still being destroyed and hurt by these people.
Horrible business practice. The owner wants you to you pay 3000 first before you can even talk about what the reunification therapy is all about. She and therapist flat out refuses to talk to you. I had emailed in Sept, they stated they were on a waitlist. Emailed several times with no response into December. Then other party involved calls and they suddenly have spots open right now???
