I used Jae Renee for my Husband & I Vow renewal, and she did not disappoint. We had an amazing night. The food was also delicious, the Creative studio did not come to play!!!! I appreciate and loved everything!!!! Y'all better use her service she’s the truth!!!!
I had planned to use their services, but due to unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel in advance—90 days before the event. I notified them immediately, but their handling of the situation has been incredibly disappointing. Despite ample notice, they failed to process my cancellation properly. Now, I’m out over $1,200 for a service I won’t even be using. They claimed to have refunded the money, but this is simply not true. We have been beyond happy working with the Creative Studio! They are the most down-to-earth people, always understanding the assignment perfectly with every photo and video they've done for us so far. Initially, we planned to work with them for just a few months, but they have far exceeded our expectations we may just have to continue our partnership. The staff were absolutely amazing and super talented. The space was decorated beautifully for a Sweet 16 and I was blown away. The DJ played jam after jam, the atmosphere was joyful, they added cotton candy for a special touch, and the evening was just amazing. Job well done!
