I used Jae Renee for my Husband & I Vow renewal, and she did not disappoint. We had an amazing night. The food was also delicious, the Creative studio did not come to play!!!! I appreciate and loved everything!!!! Y'all better use her service she’s the truth!!!!
I had planned to use their services, but due to unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel in advance—90 days before the event. I notified them immediately, but their handling of the situation has been incredibly disappointing. Despite ample notice, they failed to process my cancellation properly. Now, I’m out over $1,200 for a service I won’t even be using. They claimed to have refunded the money, but this is simply not true.
