Super disappointing trying to find info on repairs for an office chair purchased at CO. Finally tried to visit the showroom while in Olympia only to find a sign on the door that says 'by appointment only.' Plan A was to see if a repair was an option. Plan B was to buy a new chair because I wanted a good one. Makes it challenging to do business here.
