I was very disappointed when I picked up my pomeranian. The groomer cut her really wrong. She looks like a rat now and we are very disappointed because all of the times before that they mostly did a good job. They claimed that they lost her card on what type of cut to provide her with and instead did a horrible job on her grooming. We were told that they were sorry and refunded us only $20.00 on her $70 bill. I am not sure if we will be returning in fear that they might lose her card again and destroy her looks.
My dog has been a customer there since he was a pup, now he's 6. They have always done an awesome job. My issue is that my dog's seresto collar was not put back on him. It was pretty new, as I just bought it a month ago. Needless to say, I've called twice and it can't be found. The girl that groomed him said he didn't have one on. Now that's not the truth.
