He made the process easy with a large job where they rebuilt the entire foundation of our home and provided new encapsulation to prevent future problems. Hired Crawlspace Ace for a full crawlspace reconstruction and encapsulation. They did a great job. Jeff the construction foreman checked in with us every day and explained/showed us step by step what he was doing and the process. Our house had been flipped and owned by a slumlord prior to us buying it and had some sketchy and haphazard renovations done to it and Crawlspace Ace was able to fix all the problems in the crawlspace area and for this we are grateful. I initially did not receive the quality of work I expected from the Crawlspace Ace. There were some areas of moisture barrier that weren't covering the whole floor, a vent that was loose from installation, and an entire portion of the expected project that was not performed (pinning up areas of fallen insulation). I crawled under the house after the job was supposedly complete to find all of the errors myself.
