Plants arrived dead twice. Terrible customer service.
Have purchased multiple trees from them and their customer service is and always has been excellent. Would continue to do business with them for any of my needs!
I ordered 12 Chisam Fire (red) plants. Received pink plants. Contacted company 2 times and no response. Would not do business with them again. Buy locally so you know what you're getting.
We bought a miniature Crape Myrtle from them. As they did not arrive when expected I wrote to their customer service. Received an answer before 24 hours. It was shipped probably a couple of days after promised, but the plant arrived in good condition. Cannot complain, will do business with them in the future.
Ordered 12 plants day after Thanksgiving. They were delivered two weeks ago. I planted them as per their instructions. All are now dead. I've tried several times to contact this company however no one ever responds. I should have read the reviews before I put my trust in them. I advise to use a more reputable company.
I ordered from this company and never received my order. Have call numerous times and emailed but have gotten no response. Buyer beware
