I have no complaint about the quality of medical care, but as a business this clinic is incompetent and corrupt. On Monday 19 August 2024 I attended the Crane Medical practice on Queens Parade Clifton Hill for an appointment at 8.30am. When I went to pay at the reception afterwards, I noted that there is still a sign saying that cash is not accepted, which has been the case since COVID. Maybe they were good once, but don’t go now. They never transferred my medical files — weeks after I paid them the silly 25 for just pressing send. When I called back (several times over several days) and said my new GP still hadn’t received they apologized and said they’d refund.. which they still never did! Not that I care but just come on, be professional. Health care does involve care, right?
