This may be long, but worth the read if you are considering going here! I have been told I'm a "complex" case while seeing many mental health professionals over the past 13 years. My longtime psychiatrist retired this year, and I expected to spend about six months looking for a new one, but the Crane Center got me in within a week, and my practitioner, Pam Ross, put me at ease immediately. She’s great. Easy to talk to and helpful. They keep up to date on other doctors in the area, and unlike almost every other doctor I’ve seen here, she could recommend a doctor for something else I need whom we think will be a good fit. I see Mrs. Pam Ross and she is hands down the BEST provider I have ever seen. She ever made me feel rushed. She was very attentive, pay attentioned, and made me feel like she actually cared. She took my wants in to disconsideratuon and not once did she hold anything from my past against me. My only regret is thay I had not found Crane Center sooner! Thank you so much for showing me that there are truly psychiatry treatments centers left that put patients FIRST. Can't wait to see Mrs. Ross next month. 💓

If you need a primary care physician, Dr. Timothy tool is fabulous. Wonderful. He's very caring, informative. He gets to your questions. Receives your messages. I enjoy that man. So very very much wouldn't go anywhere else
