I had an amazing experience at The Crafted Hand with Bailey. She did a fantastic job on my hair color, and I was honestly so impressed with the results. I had such a great experience at The Crafted Hand with Bailey. She is truly amazing at what she does. She did my hair color, and even though I wasn’t fully happy the first time, I went back and Bailey was so kind, patient, and professional. Everytime I go in there I’m not greeted not acknowledged, I do love the items in the store, but the workers have terrible customer service. Real sad because I don’t feel comfortable even going there anymore, feel super judgmental the past 3 times I’ve been in there it’s been the same thing.
