Shelly is the best person to go to for hair in Bishop! She always does an incredible job and is extremely knowledgable about hair care. She is also very honest and straightforward when it comes to what your hair might need (especially when fighting the dryness of Bishop). I’ve been seeing her for years and could not recommend her enough.
