I'd like to start by saying, the services at the salon are top tier and I absolutely love the professionals that work there because they always make my day so much brighter! The reason for a lower rating on this review is because of the new salon location, specifically the wax room. Amy was so courteous! I wasn't able to book online, & I got in touch with Amy and she took care of me quickly and efficiently! She apologized for the online booking system having an issue and came in on a Sunday to make sure my hair was done! She is a gem! The conversation throughout the whole service was top tier! Her work is amazing, she listened and nailed exactly what I wanted! She has a customer for life and I am so grateful I found her via social media! The salon is also stunning! 🤍

Alisha and the bridal crew are TOP NOTCH!!! I had the pleasure of booking them for my girls and I on my wedding day and it was so incredible. Erin and Alisha made us feel so pretty and so special the entire time. Alisha made me feel like I had nothing to worry about, and as the bride, that’s a big deal. I cannot thank The Craft Collective enough for making me so so beautiful on my big day.
Leticia is amazing and you should definitely go to her, especially if you have curly hair! She did my hair for my wedding and it was sooo beautiful and I felt like a princess. She is so fun and kind and was very accommodating to my wants/likes/suggestions. I have a hard time telling people what I like, but she made me feel so comfortable to do so. Not everyone knows how to work with curly hair so I am very wary of going to a salon, but she knows what she is doing. I will only be going to see Leticia for my hair from now on!!
