Love, love, love this shop. They have anything you could ever need for stained glass, including classes! I did my first (2nd & 3rd) project there and I'm so excited with how they all turned out. Gabe is such an incredible teacher. She has a wealth of knowledge, is incredibly patient, and encouraged my creativity along the way. I M so glad to have found this shop, even if it means traveling over an hour to get there!
I took a beginning class here today…. It was awesome. The manager, Gabe, and owner, Melissa, were really beautiful humans. They were so patient and kind.
The Cracked Glass is an amazing local business! They offer the most amazing stain glass lamps, stain glass, window panels, jewelry and so much more! The little gem is truly a gem! Love everything about this glass shop. The owner and store manager are friendly and courteous. Answers all my questions and am currently working on my first piece in a six weeks class. It’s soooo liberating to know how to score the glass and breaking it with confidence.
My mom and I took part in the 6 week course to learn how to make our own stained glass panels. I had a great time - the schedule itself is flexible so you don’t have to wring your hands over managing your schedule, and the staff there is so knowledgeable and kind that it took the guess work out of it. For me, the hardest part was selecting a pattern and the glass to use. I am so glad I decided to do this and encourage anyone who has even an inkling about stained glass to go for it.
