I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to both billing issues and poor customer service. I was charged $3.99 for “toasted bread,”, but what I actually received were 6 tortillas. So my skillet end up costing me $21.90 When I questioned this, I was told that’s simply how their system works, which doesn’t justify charging extra that I did not know I had to pay for this.
