Terrible experience. Waste of money. Avoid at all costs! They’re impossible to get ahold of, the rep John was rude and assumed he knew the answer without even looking at my foundation, and just kept suggesting I follow the same process repetitively without any replies or further actions. I highly recommend people avoid this shady company.
One man (an independent contractor, a non-employee). Two hours. 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. For which we were charged, and we paid, $2,170.00. $1,000.00 per hour!! "The Crack Team" is Not Local: they operate out of Massachusetts. They have No Office in St. Louis, No St. Louis phone, No St. Louis employees, No St. Louis hard assets (equipment).
