First, when me and my boyfriend got there it took the waiter 5 minutes to seat us and it wasn't a full house there were only three full tables, then it took the waiter 15 minutes just to get our drinks. Second, it was two tables that came in after us and got their drinks right away and it took them 1 hour to bring our food out and it took the other two tables 20 minutes to get their food. Very rude workers. Will argue and insult customers if you find anything wrong with their service at all instead of taking it as constructive criticism. By the way, do not ask for the name of the manager, because you will not get it! For some reason they are afraid to give you the manager's name for you to actually speak with someone about any issues. Extremely unprofessional! That is not how you make money! I would rather drive to Sacramento or San Francisco than support this business and by the way the crab is old!
They are a rip off!!! They sell WHOLE crab for around forty dollars and they keep the body so it's just the legs and an empty shell! At first I thought it was because they asked if I wanted it "cleaned" and I said ok, but the second time I said no because I wanted the whole crab...to my disappointment they gave me the legs and an empty freakin shell again. They keep the body that has a lot of meat in it!! No right, false advertising!! It is not a WHOLE crab and people are not stupid! For $40......I could've bought 2 good mea... read more
