It was My first time at Clara Maass Medical Center & I Really Did Appreciate all that the Staff Did on My Head . They said They,d Have to put Staples in My head BUT after the Emergency Room Nurse said it was only a little Scratch so after They took a CT Scan all They had to Do was Clean it off and put Dressing on it. Then I was able to be Discharged and come back home . I was Ohhh ! Sooo ! Happy that That all the Nurses and the Staff were going Above and Beyond to Help Me . Tracy, is the Best!! She is so respectful, n caring for her job, you can tell she loves helping people. She saw me visiting since September of 2024 between my mother n my father, n she even remembered about my son when i had him in the emergency dept almost 4 months ago. All the people she sees in n out the hospital n she asked how my sons well being.., Shes Too Sweet!! Keep Up the Great Work!!
I went to emergency room, got stitched and they told me to come back to get stiches out. I asked if I will be charged and they said NO. I get another $275 bill again after I just paid the first one. I call and they tell me it is for the 2nd visit after I asked them when I got my stiches out if I will get charged again and they said no. After 17 calls sending proof of all my documents they sent me to collections. terrible… just terrible. they don’t know any answers to your questions.. all they respond with is “i don’t know” save your self the headache and go elsewhere for sure.
Do not follow procedures, mislead patients, money oriented, poorly operated. Mixing Covid patients with regular patients on the same floor, no announcement was made, no proper masks were distributed, no Covid tests were performed on regular patients to ensure no infection occurred.
