Rose Jeremiah who is director of patient care on the 3rd floor is amazing. She is one of the most caring people who takes time out to make sure each and every patient is taken care of in the right manner. She is not only checking in on patients but immediately takes care of our needs. She handles the nurses exceptionally with respect and gratitude for their hard work. I hope that if I ever have to return I will have the pleasure if being in her care.
