My dad went to Clara Maass for a routine cardiac test. The staff from the reception desk, admitting (Kudos to Estell for helping us out) up to the staff at the Non Invasive Cardiology has been phenomenal. Ashley (Echo tech) had been exceptional. She made my dad feel comfortable and as per him “It did not hurt this time”, him talking about the test.
Excellent staff , very knowledgeable and caring.
My experience with Clara Maass Medical Center was a phenomenal one. Beginning with the security team on the ground floor where one checks in, to the floor where I was always seen medically. Th receptionist, was always warm, professional, kind, and quick for check in and also for scheduling. Now all the female nurses, as well as Jose, the only male nurse, who was part of the team were always friendly, warm, attentive, concerned, kind, and kept me engaged as if they knew me for decades. Had a same day surgery and all the nurses and staff who were in my care were so nice and made me feel comfortable my entire time there! Alexis (pre op nurse), Gail (concierge), Crystal (registration), Dr.Brooks (doctor), Joanne and Dijana (RN) and Theresa (Recovery)!
