Horrible service! Walking up to reception at the main entrance, the receptionist is taking a personal call before even acknowledging me. I had to reschedule since I wasn’t told I needed a prescription beforehand. I ended up going to Beth Isreal for a better service!
The Nurses on 5 North are top tier!
During my time on 3 north, the care I received was excellent! I'll always remember the caring, loving, professional care that was rendered to me. I'll always remember the loving people I met during my journey. I’ve been blessed to encounter Patient Representative Tracey T a few times while she was helping a family member, and this review is long overdue. She’s an amazing advocate and an even better person, compassionate, patient, and truly committed to the people she helps. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does, and it makes all the difference.
From the staff at the front desk, to the nurses, to the Dr of Anesthesiology, they were all top notch. My surgical experience was the best experience z patient care was truly at the forefront.
