I broke my hand 4/21 and received awful treatment by all staff here. I was there FIVE hours depite being the only patient there. The PA Patel (useless) reset my break and told me it was OK to remove the splinter to shower which was bad advice. She prescribed me an Opiate despite me telling her I have a severe allergy to Opiates. My son had to ask desk staff for ice countless times. Awful experience.

This is the first 5 star review that I gave to Clara Maass Medical Center in March 2025,(Clara Maass Medical Center took care of a very large kidney stone that I was suffering with and blood infection from it),the 2 biggest hospitals in NY blew me off,Mt.Sinai and NY Presbyterian.Fast foward to 09/17/2026,THEY DID IT AGAIN!!!(the reason for the capital letters is to grab your attention and keep reading)I was having chest pains,shortness of breath and I was sweating profusely,I called 911,the Belleville Ambulance was there in... read more
