I get my supplies from here. The people in the store itself are wonderful and customers can buy stuff from there. The problem with the delays are when someone calls me and wants to work a resupply. THAT'S when your gear takes forever to make it to your front door. Whoever the big company is, is taking their time to get you the goods. But don't blame the store. I'm glad they're here.

They are rude do not want to help you talk to you any kind of way no respect for customers service I wish they would close down and get the hell out of Waycross the billing department is awful and rude

Bad. I went in to the Wayx store because I wanted to change suppliers. I filled out all the paperwork and thought it was fine. Never heard anything. Called back. She said she would call me back. Never did. I called again. Got some story about the fax machine and some other stuff. I said fine, just let me know. That was two and-a-half months ago. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER.

When I first started using the C-pap Store, it was the Douglas location and customer service was great. Since they have closed and I have to deal with Waycross now, the service is not so good. I am still waiting on my 3 month supply that I should have received in April. Even after calling them at the end of April and them telling me they would get them sent out, I still have not received anthing as of June 9.
