Great service when I was looking for two CPAP machines suitable for travel. Given we were not in their home state I was concerned about support but they were great, went above and beyond in helping me. Very helpful in deciding what consumables to buy given we will be travelling for a couple of months. Best of all great support setting the machine up, they even provided a video link which made it easy to follow and set the two machines up to our prescribed settings rather than leaving them on auto. Purchased a Cpap machine a care plan for my husband and we are so pleased with the service, maintenance and recent correspondence to replace a cord that wasn’t working. They also automatically forward out new parts including mask, tubes & cleaning products which is a bonus. Thank you for your care. Highly recommend!
I had previously ordered from another company. After 2 weeks of waiting with no communication, I phoned. Only to be told there was no stock. Surely there should have been some duty if care with a medical item. I then placed the order with Sove, they confirmed the order, kept me informed & I received the purchase in a timely manner. ☺
