On 31 January 2026, I purchased a Resmed AirTouch N30i Nasal CPAP Mask online from Sove CPAP Clinic for $169 during a promotion advertising a "bonus $50 digital Visa gift card." Prior to collection, I contacted Macquarie Park head office to advise that I would be picking up the mask on 23 February 2026, they agreed to extend the pick up period by 2 weeks. Very impressed how easy it was to place an order. I was able to speak to someone for guidance on what I wanted. I was advised to download the AirMini APP so that I could enter the required information for my machine. They were able to talk me through the installation.
Always good value for money, able to pickup from convenient locations and staff are helpful and courteous. I have bought several items here and always had a good experience
We needed to purchase 2 new Resmed CPAP machines and after shopping around a bit decided to contact Sove and I am so glad we did. Speaking to Cassandra on the customer service number she was so very helpful and after ordering our machines on the Friday afternoon we received them on the Monday after. It was a very easy and customer friendly process thank you for great customer care.
