Unfortunately they sent the wrong order at first but after a quick phone call and being helped by amazing staff the replacement and correct order was received the next day, even though there was no rush to receive the order, they still went out of their way to deliver it less than 24hrs later, so if I need any other cpap equipment they will definitely be my first stop

Not a good experience. I made an appointment, arrived at the shop, only to sit in the waiting room as people kept wheeling trollies past me. Finally after 15 mins past my appointment time I wondered into another office. Spoke to Cholie, who was suprised to see me there. She ran through a few things, I bought the machine and now continue to struggle with it blindly. People who are transiting to the CPAC world need a bit of support. Judy
