Edited October: I had high hopes given the firm came recommended. I had complex situation, was charged nearly 2k, but a state revenue dept took issue with my return and Kim wasn’t able to help because she didn’t have time to respond by the deadline. Very disappointed. —— Worked with Kimberly through some complicated taxes. Very knowledgeable and helped tremendously
