Never, ever deal with this unprofessional company. Purchased 2 expensive fireplaces, paid A LOT for installation. They failed first inspection. Took weeks of begging to have them come and fully finish installation. The issues with the fireplaces caused issues with inspections. Even now the company's owner refuses to provide the missing remote and ensuring the fireplaces work with the remote.
