Deb is absolutely AMAZING in what she does. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and goes above and beyond to deliver out of this world results.
My experience with Deborah Hannon started out very positive. She recommended things that really captured the look I was going for in my new home. She asked for payment up front and I made the mistake of overlooking this and paid for some window treatments for two rooms. When I got the quote for some wallpaper I was completely taken back on the pricing. Deborah said she would not upsell me on the prices of the wallpaper. Scam artist. Stole $3000 from a disabled vet. Liar, unavailable and things that were done are falling apart. I want my money. I don’t have anymore money to try and sue her. Even the BBB won’t help. Save yourself from this scam artist. Deb you have to live with yourself for what you have done to us. We trusted you. Now do the right thing and pay us the $3000 you agreed with my attorney to pay us.
After a year long wait for a court date, today we won our judgment against Deborah Hannon dba The Cozy Cottage, MN. This company/person collected a significant amount of money from us for a bathroom remodel and did NOT provide the bulk of the goods and services promised. We were promised a out of court settlement by the company owner, and that never happened. Deh Hannon aka The Cozy Cottage, took a signification amount of money from us and never deliver the goods (fixtures, etc.) Then fell off the face of the earth. We recently wow a judgment against Deborah Hannon for just under $14k. We are now working with a collections company to try to recover funds.
