Jason was able to sell our home quickly and for our asking price. The lower rate he charges saved me a lot, and I felt great about the value I got. He was very professional and nicely suggested changes to the house that I really appreciated. For half the price of others, he did drone footage, a great write up and was always available to help us understand the next steps.
