After being a customer of 12 (?) years I’m done with nationwide today. They cancelled my auto insurance without giving me one phone call. Agent said we don’t do that. Never had a late or missed payment over those years. Had one missed payment due to my automatic payment not going through when I switched banks. They refuse to reinstate my policy so I switched to Geico who yes saved me money! Talked with geico and other companies. I have been with Cowey Insurance for about 4 years now and I can't say as though I have a single complaint. They are very responsive to every request that I have made, which I am very thankful for! There have been times over the past few years when I needed a new insurance policy, or changes to a policy, and I needed them quick, Cowey Insurance Group has been there every step of the way and helped me out. I absolutely love interacting with them, I have spoke with both Eliiot and Marie, and they are both amazing!
