We had an excellent experience getting our little guy ready to start his mutton busting career. The ladies were very helpful and patient with my very chaotic crew.
Outstanding customer service! A nice, big selection with numerous different brands of boots. The prices are great too! While shopping we received an unexpected call from our Vet with devastating news about our fur-baby that we had just dropped off for a very invasive procedure. Naturally, I got upset and was caught off guard. The sweet lady helping me at the time immediately offered me a hug, a tissue, a chair, and her sincerest empathy. Costumer service was unhelpful and wanted me to look at what they wanted to sell me. Not what I was looking for!! Felt ignored I was the only costumer in the store while they played on their cell phones.. This happened at 1PM on January 2nd 2018
My first trip(about an hour away) to The Cowboy Shop was awesome. They had more items than I had expected and the staff were so nice and helpful! I used to drive to Horse Town, but quit shopping there over 6 years ago due to a sales lady being very rude to my 10 year old! So glad I found this wonderful shop with everything one would need and a wonderful staff!
