Wow! As the suns was starting to set on the beautiful banks of the Tchefuncte River. I stopped in the newly remodeled pool area of the Covington County Club. Was consistently hearing chit chat around the parish on how I needed to get over on a Sunday to try some Wagyu Boudin egg rolls. It’s a staple there. Excellent place to relax and have a good drink. The events are also very good. Mother's Day was very well attended. Need to jump in the pool and try it more often.
Really good food. Surprised me really and you don't need a membership to eat and drink. Chef Jeff is great. Really personable. The Blossmans know how to take care of their guests membership or not.
