I couldn’t be happier. The building is always clean, the grounds are well-kept, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Carl, our landlord, goes above and beyond, he’s responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the tenants. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel at home the way he does. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed apartment.
The move in process was smooth thanks to our property manager Carl Tinnery. He’s friendly, consistently responsive, and attentive to what we wanted for the space prior to moving in. The location is conveniently located near grocery stores and a number of other shopping places. Overall it’s been a great experience!
Dejuan did an excellent job with fixing the leak in my utility closet, the lead is gone and it is no longer flooding over from out of the utility closet into the hallway, the hallway closet is no longer soaking up and sapped with water. Utility closet floor as no long wet and over run with water and is drying up up well after I used a shop vac in water vacuum mode to get the water out of both the utility closet floor and the hallway rug. So far my stay at the coves at columbus has been great, however Carl Tinnery somehow has made it feel soo comfortable since day one! Down to questions and having the answers, answering your texts when you need help with anything, and just being so welcoming is such a pleasure to feel. He’s amazing at his profession and he’s a great addition to the property management!
