Dejuan did an excellent job with fixing the leak in my utility closet, the lead is gone and it is no longer flooding over from out of the utility closet into the hallway, the hallway closet is no longer soaking up and sapped with water. Utility closet floor as no long wet and over run with water and is drying up up well after I used a shop vac in water vacuum mode to get the water out of both the utility closet floor and the hallway rug. Well, my experience was very unpleasant, the maintenance people entered my apartment twice and did not fix it. On the contrary, they stole our chains, rings and cash. That was not the worst thing was that I went to talk to the manager and she told me that it would be good for me to she. The people who worked had left their jobs and she told me that she didn't believe what I was telling her. She is an arrogant and rude person when I thought she was lying. They stole 9 thousand dollars in jewelry and watches and cash from me.

As a single father I've lived here for 7 years my Building has had several different property managers I have to say that Que is my favorite. he is very professional full of positive energy . And when you need maintenance or have an issue he is very quick to resolve the problem. Its a Blessing for me and my Son's. And it's a Blessing that there's still positive Genuine people in the world. Thanks Que. We Greatly appreciate you

I have to say I have not lived here long but the maintenance man Andy has been great with getting all of my work orders done to make sure my place has been up to par. He has truly been a great and probably one of the best maintenance men I’ve had experience with. I also want to add that Que and Maurice have been great at making sure my whole apartment was great and got me in as quickly as possible. I love it here !

I have had a lot of property managers but by far Que has been one of the greatest thus far. He is always eager to help and fix the issues if he can. He is always making rounds to sure everything is good. I wanna say.... Keep up the Good work Que
