Our new cover from the cover factory fit perfectly! Actually better than the OEM cover. I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service. We had made an error when ordering the size (be sure to click the link on how to measure the radius!!). They worked very hard to make it right.
We needed a hot tub lid badly, the Sk ice destroyed ours. The Cover Factory gave us great advice on building our custom lid. Shipping was delayed from factory so they returned our fastest delivery fee. Our lid was shipped through Day/Ross their tracking system and customer service were awful and it took two weeks to find and get our lid delivered. The lid fits great and so much thicker and more durable than our old one. Should be perfect for winters now.
Very prompt, courteous and professional customer service was shared throughout the purchase experience.
