I recently purchased a hot tub cover from The Cover Factory. I have an older model tub, so it was refreshing to speak to someone very knowledgeable about proper fit, cover fabrics, and other options. The entire process with this company exemplifies how business should be conducted. Clear communication, excellent shipping logistics, some very helpful post delivery follow up, and of course, an excellent product.

Excellent service. They were very careful ensure I had provided correct model number, dimensions and so on. It was delivered within the specified time frame and they have a tracking system that lets you see where it is. Fitted perfectly. Easy to install.
Super happy with the product and price. Glad we were able to buy Canadian. They were really good about keepng me in the loop about when it would be coming.
