I have had this nagging irritating knot behind my shoulder blade for one year. Despite a year of trying different therapists for massage, physiotherapy and ims, acupuncture and cupping, heat, cold, literally nothing worked! I didn’t come here expecting a spa experience with music or aromatherapy — I came specifically for sports recovery and to get help with a wrist problem. Even for that, the setup was disappointing: just a bed in the corner behind a curtain, with no private treatment room like other recovery or RMT clinics provide. The massage itself wasn’t effective. I was very relieved by the treatment I received from Roniel. He was able to give me effective treatment for plantar fasciitis and generalized foot pain. The difference was profound after one treatment. He is very knowledgable and caring. I am lucky to have found him and will be going back regularly. His style of massage is specifically targeting the affected areas and working on muscles which support my feet. I have experienced significant improvement from his treatments.
